What can be returned

Intimate products are covered by hygiene rules, so this policy is narrower than a general retail one. Please read it before ordering rather than after.

Returnable

• Unopened items in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery.
• Anything that arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered — whatever its condition.

Not returnable

• Any intimate product whose seal has been broken, for hygiene reasons.
• Lubricants, sprays and other consumables once opened.

This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty. A fault is not the same as a change of mind, and we treat it differently.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of us receiving the item. A cash-on-delivery order is refunded by bank transfer to an account you nominate.

Starting a return

Write to us from the contact page with your order number and what is wrong. We will send a pickup or a prepaid label — you do not pay to return a faulty item.
