What we hold, and why

This store sells intimate products, so what we know about you deserves more care than a shopping site usually gives it. This page says plainly what we hold.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address — needed to take and deliver an order.
• Your order history, kept as a financial record for as long as the law requires.
• Basic technical data such as your browser and approximate location, used to keep the site working and secure.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anybody.
• We do not use what you bought to target advertising at you, on this site or anywhere else.
• We do not store your card number. Payment is handled by the payment provider, and we see only the result.

Who else sees it

The courier gets your name, address and phone number, because a parcel cannot be delivered otherwise. They are told what the parcel weighs, not what is in it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Write to us from the contact page. Deleting an account removes your details; the order records behind it are kept where the law requires, and are not linked to a live profile.
