Before you write

Delivery timings are on the shipping page, and what can and cannot be returned is on the returns page. Hygiene rules mean intimate products cannot be returned once opened, which is worth reading before ordering rather than after.

We answer from an address that does not name the store, and we never discuss an order with anyone but the account holder.
